Shipping & Delivery: There is no need to drive all the way to New Jersey to pick up your wood. We will ship it to you no matter what part of the country you live in. We are offering discounted rates for deliveries. Please note that a residential delivery does not include the product being brought inside the house or even unloaded off the truck. We use common carriers on all our shipments, so the drivers are not required to unload it, but some may help.The cartons must be taken off the pallet one by one, unless a forklift is present. A liftgate and inside delivery can be requested, but additional fees do apply. Even though we strive to make sure that your product gets there all in one piece, sometimes cartons do get damaged along the way. If this happens, make sure to make a note of every carton damaged on the driver's delivery receipt otherwise we cannot help with the damaged boxes. We encourage you to try and use boxes that have little damage by making cuts around the damaged portion. We will file a claim on cartons that cannot be used and send more out if need be.
Privacy & Security: We use the information we collect about you to, among other things, to process orders. When you register at our store, we collect your name, email and mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date in order to process and fulfill your order. We, at Wood Floors For You, will not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We accept all VISA, MasterCard, money orders and personal checks. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information. You only need to enter your credit card information during Checkout. Please send us a note and mail your request together with your payment if you are paying with check or money order (please include the appropriate sales tax for NJ delivery addresses).

To Our Customers: We guarantee that you will receive the product that you order. This is guaranteed through item codes. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service department.
